What is your return policy?

You may return any unused item for a refund within 60 days of ordering.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us via our Contact Us Form before returning any items.

Please note that all orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable & the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns to Paper and More
• We highly encourage ordering sample sheets and envelopes from the bottom of each page beforehand to test.
• All orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
• Packs must be returned in their entirety. Any missing or damaged sheets will be charged at the same rate for individual sample sheets available for each product.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring package arrives to us in proper condition. Please insure package if necessary.
• Items that are damaged, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a paperandmore.com error will be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
• Sample sheets, sample packs and custom variety packs are not returnable.
• Almost Perfect products are not returnable.
• Custom cut papers are not returnable.
• Custom printed invitations and accessories are not returnable.
• Fiskars® & Yasutomo® products are not returnable. Defective products will be directly handled by the manufacturer.
