Can I pick up my order (will call)?

Yes, the Paper and More Will Call center is now open!

The Paper and More Will Call Pickup Service is a free service that allows you to pick up your eligible order instead of having it shipped to you. Currently, this service is available for all customers Monday through Friday at our Fremont, CA warehouse.

Please place Will call orders before 1 PM in order for same day pick up.

If we encounter any stocking issues we will let you know as soon as possible.

You may not pay for an order at a Will Call center. You must complete your payment online, prior to arriving at our Will Call pickup center

Please note that certain orders, such as those purchased through the Paper and More custom invitation printing service are not eligible for the pickup service.

When will my order be ready for pick up?

  • You'll receive a “Ready for Pick Up” confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and is ready for pick up. Generally, if an order is placed and verified before 2:30 p.m PST., Monday through Friday, it will be available for pickup the same day.
  • The pickup address is on your Will Call “Ready to Pick Up” e-mail.
  • If you have not received your “Ready for Pick Up” confirmation e-mail within 1-2 business days, please contact Customer Service.

What do I need to pick up my order?

  • When you arrive to pick up your order you will be required to provide your photo ID & Order number for verification.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

  • Paper and More will hold your order in our pick up center for up to seven calendar days after you receive your “Ready for Pick Up” email. At the end of the seven-day period, we will return your order for restocking and process a refund.

Does the Will Call Center accept RMA packages?

  • Yes, in most cases, we will accept your RMA packages and transfer them back to the processing center for free.
  • You need to request for an RMA number by email before we accept your packages. Please contact Customer Service with your order number.
  • We will verify your product and quantity with your RMA, but we do NOT process your RMA for refund or replacement at a Will Call Pickup center.
